Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Service description
OryGent is a controlled-operation digital coworker company work layer for businesses. The platform provides AI-powered department kits, digital coworkers, governance tools, and academy training — all under human approval (human approval) control.
OryGent does NOT make without human approval binding decisions. All restricted actions require human approval.
2. Account registration
You must provide accurate company and contact information. One account per company. The account creator becomes the initial Company Admin.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@orygent.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscription and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually (10 months paid = 12 months access). Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Failed payments result in a 7-day grace period before service suspension.
Refunds: Annual plans may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no digital coworker has been activated.
4. Data ownership
Your data is yours. All company data, documents, conversation history, twin configurations, and knowledge base content uploaded to OryGent remain your intellectual property.
We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
5. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use OryGent to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Attempt to bypass governance controls, restricted action protocols, or confidentiality enforcement
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's proprietary algorithms
- Share account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
- Use digital coworkers to impersonate real individuals without their consent
6. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated outputs are advisory, not authoritative. OryGent digital coworkers provide analysis, recommendations, and draft content — all subject to human review and approval.
OryGent is not liable for business decisions made based on AI outputs. The restricted action protocol exists specifically to ensure human oversight of consequential actions.
7. Service availability
We target 99.5% uptime for the platform. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Supabase, Railway, Vercel, LLM providers).
8. Limitation of liability
OryGent's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with 7 days notice except in cases of security breach (immediate termination).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Barcelona courts.
