Customer-Facing Usage: CF twin usage is metered and billed separately from included AI Operations quota.
Annual Plans: Annual billing uses a 10-pay / 12-use structure (pay for 10 months, access for 12).
AI Operations: Each plan includes a monthly AI Ops quota. Usage beyond the included quota is throttled (not billed overage) unless a top-up pack is purchased.
Governance: All AI operations pass through Synorix 5-Layer governance. Restricted actions always require human approval regardless of plan tier.
